Murakami at Versailles (installation)

Takashi Murakami has an installation at Versailles of 22 pieces, 11 of which are new and were created for the installation! The juxtaposition of style is incredible – this is a really fantastic idea, though it is somewhat hard to believe that it was both agreed to and implemented. It opened yesterday. (via HUH. magazine)
